    Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to maybe do something, so PM's can be sorted by folders or something. So that it can be easier to keep track between OOC chats and Roleplays. It kinda gets hard to keep track of different conversations as they grow in number, and sometimes they even get lost among the many ones.

    Thank you,
    MrPrince.

    Hi there!

We actually did have an add-on for conversation folders, but sadly it was unmaintained and did not function well. We've kept our eye out for other options, but the best we've found so far is the option to make conversations you want to see at the top of your inbox "sticky" or "starred."

"Sticking" conversations will put them at the top of your inbox page. "Starring" them will put a star next to them so you can see conversations that are important.

I usually Stick any active RPs I have, or discussions I want to refer back to.

Thanks. It's great that you're looking for other options, and if I hear of something I'll let you know. And also, thanks again for letting me know about sticking and starred options. I didn't know that.

    Thank you <3

I find it helps a lot. I like the Sticky feature especially. Xenforo released an updated version of the base software, so sometimes it can be difficult to find newer add-ons for things that are well maintained, but we definitely keep our eyes out.

    Happy to help!

    @MrPrince there's another option:
Give the PM a prefix. If you click the Prefix tag, it'll bring up the PMs with that prefix in a sorting method.

    Thanks @SpiritBurn ! I haven't used that feature, so I wasn't aware of it. That's a wonderful idea too. :D

    How to set Prefixes
First, you need to make the Prefixes. You can do this here.
These can be literally anything you want them to be.

Once you have them made and set up, you then go to your PMs and check the ones you'd like to add a specific prefix to. (All RPs, for example)
Select "Set Conversations Prefix" from the drop down menu, then select the prefix you would like to use from that menu.

Once that's done, click Set Prefix, and you'll have the Prefix in place to help sort your pms :)
