Primis City saw rain on most days, especially with the growing super towers that were it's downtown core and excessive pollution creating acid rain clouds that socked the city in a gloomy haze. Despite the constant shadowy atmosphere, the city itself was illuminated 24 hours a day with bright neon signs, floating billboards and advertisements. The streets were continuously packed with honking cars and the streets were always bustling with a massive variety of people. There wasn't a moment that the city was calm, even in the heaviest of rains, people always had somewhere to go.

The chaotic scene was perfect for her operations, and it also meant that there was an endless supply of clients and buyers. The buyers bought her over inflated drugs, and their credits contributed towards her wealth. Her wealth allowed her to fiance the largest pharmaceutical research lab in the country where it spent 75% of it's resources working on a more permanent form of her current injections. Every little detail from the ground up was more than important to keep her where she was and any little flaw that pried away at the perfectly oiled machine was dealt with relatively quickly.

Stepping in from the rain, she flicked her hood back, water cascading in drops all over the floor behind her. Most people wouldn't give her a second glance, she was rather unassuming looking as an individual aside from the designer name brand clothing she wore, which was very clearly worth more a piece than most people in the city made in a week or even longer. She liked it that way though, it was always more fun when people were completely caught off guard by her, the astonishment on their faces always amusing to her. Stripping her jacket off her shoulders, she was approached very quickly by a man, eager to take it off her hands as she just nodded silently to him.

The bustling nightclub was one of her many real estate purchases, and it made it much easier to distribute the product through her own establishments. Her blonde hair trailed down her back in a long pony tail, and over the silky black material of her Gucci button up blouse. Her attire was finished with a grey pencil skirt and a pair of red bottom Lou Boutin black patent stilettos. Her grey eyes were painted with a smoky shadow and her lips a dark burgundy color that evening. No one said someone in her line of work had to look thuggish and she made a point of that.

Cipher made her way down a set of long stairs into the neon lit space, mainly blue light dimly lighting the club in a rather eerie way with strobes waking up the sea of people packed into the dance floor and one some sort of drug that she sold to them or just highly wasted. By passing the large mass of people she went to the back of the large space before climbing a set of stairs into her office which looked over the entirety of the space with a massive wall of windows and nothing but windows. However, once the door was shut behind her, you could only hear the dull thumping of the bass, the rest of the chaos blocked out by the walls.

She called out to her communicator to place a call and it immediately connected to a man named Jaxon, his voice filling her room through the surround sound speakers. "Yes boss?" he asked immediately as she wandered over to the wall of windows to watch the scene below her. "Jaxon, we've lost six of our dealers in the last week...I'm hoping for your sake that you have an answer for me as to whom is responsible for this....."

She waited for an answer, although not actually hopeful that he would have the appropriate answer for her.

Primis City, it was a dark and dangerous place for many, though its inhabitants seemed to lack fear. The sidewalks were constantly bustling with people, the streets almost always jammed with traffic, the city needed saving. Most people just simply ignored that fact, some even got a thrill from it, and no matter how bad things got the habits never changed.

An explosion could rock downtown and within hours the area would be busy as if nothing happened while construction crews erased all evidence that something bad had even happened. Things like this led to the decision Kaz Shinsuki made to clean things up. A task that would prove difficult at best considering the city didn't appear to want to be saved, the local law enforcement was more useless than a wet fart in his mind, usually doing nothing at all even when things happened right in front of their noses.

Being a mutant was not something Kaz had embraced and in truth he barely understood the full extent of his powers. What he did know was that anything with an active circuit seemed flow through his veins, and some objects he could even control. He could make a car move, change a stereo without touching it, simple things like that. He didn't fully understand how to use his powers with something more complex like a computer, the feeling was there but he didn't know how to make it do what he wanted and no one was around to help him.

Kaz fashioned a cybernetic suit, mostly black with some red patterned stripes, it would enhance his strength and agility slightly, but nothing too spectacular. He equipped it with some small flying disks that almost looked like miniature UFO's that had circuits in them, five in total, that he would be able to control to subdue enemies from a distance. When he was finished Kaz then used the amulet his grandfather had given him as storage, he manipulated his suit to shrink and down and be stored in the mystical object. He didn't fully understand how it worked, but he didn't need to all he was concerned with was that he could make the suit appear and disappear quickly with the amulet. The odd thing was that under the suit he was naked, he could feel it, but when the suit went back into the amulet his clothes reappeared. If he took the suit off manually, which was a struggle, he was naked with no sign of his clothes until the suit was back in the amulet, then they were back. It was odd for sure, but who was he to question mystical objects and the magic that sometimes made life a little more interesting.

There was a gang that had been drugging people, not just getting them a quick fix which was common in the city but killing them. For what purpose Kaz was not sure, but this gang would serve to be his first true test. The CyberNinja as he called himself when in costume, the suit covering his head and containing his long flowing black hair, struck beautifully against the foes, but no information had been able to be pulled from any of the members of the gang he had apprehended thus far, and most of them he had to kill since the police were not going to put them in jail. Then his big break finally happened, he was at a warehouse where he had tracked some of the drugs, definitely not all of them, and there he found a man talking on the radio. Quickly his disks took the man out without him noticing. A voice came over the radio, and then he responded, "no I don't think Jaxon knows anything about who is responsible for your six lost dealers, but I think I do. Why don't we meet face to face, how about at this warehouse I am about to burn to a crisp."

Cipher could feel her jaw immediately tense at the sound of the unfamiliar voice. To make matters worse for the poor soul he was taunting her which really was like poking a lion as tired as the analogy was. Despite feeling the sudden rage to reach through the speaker and rip his throat out she waited to reply to him, keeping herself as cool as she could sound. "Oh sweetheart...whoever you are, you're barking up the wrong tree." Her voice was somewhat husky, slightly lower than most women but still had all the right feminine traits with just the right amount of seduction, it didn't help that she was laying it on for whoever was on the other end.

Her eyes shifted away from the dance floor below her and to her desk as she walked over to her desk. She leaned over and quickly typed in an order for her car to ready out front for her. "I really don't think you want me coming to visit you...but since you seem to be so insistent you just sit pretty" Hanging up the call, she made a second one as she pulled open her desk drawer, loading her HK VP9 handgun she spoke to one of other higher ups from the closest warehouse. "I need you to take half a dozen men over to warehouse six, there's someone in there who thinks it's funny to fuck with the operation" She told them sharply, but still managed her cool demeanor that she was so well known for. Pushing the magazine into place with a snap she bumped the drawer closed with her knee as she stood, sliding the gun into it's holster before starting to tug the shoulder strap on.

Once it was in place, she made her way back down the stairs and through the club, no one batting an eyelash at her openly carried weapon as she got to the front door. The man she saw earlier was holding her jacket out to her eagerly with a smile. Snatching it out of her hand Cipher didn't slow her momentum as she walked by, tugging the garment on she only needed to take a few steps across the sidewalk before siding into her waiting car. As she ascended on the warehouse, her team of men would arrive much faster since they were closer, getting into position they moved more like a military squad than a gang, decked out in flak jackets and M16s, they crept towards the side door to the warehouses main operation room silently.

The sweet husky voice that talked back to him would have melted his heart on any other day. She sounded positively delightful, and even better the woman was coming his way. Kaz Shinsuke smiled under the helmet that adorned his head, it was jet black, no apparent visor, nose holes, or any other features, but he had perfect vision including his peripheral. His construction was well done, not flawless at all, but at least he had taken many precautions.

The hero was full of hubris, he celebrated with a big whooping laugh. The fire he intended on starting could wait for her arrival. The red and black clad man even danced a little jig as if he had scored a touchdown in a football game. Even though he had now eliminated seven of her men, Jaxon being the seventh, Kaz was still new to the whole idea of being a hero.

After a while of dancing, long enough for Cipher's team to get into place, Kaz finally did a scan of the surroundings. "Thermal readout please," he spoke as if he were a comic book hero with an electronic friend. In reality he didn't have a Jarvis to talk back to him, but the suit did the scan and quickly Kaz realized his mistake. There were people everywhere outside waiting for him. He best not dissapoint then, and quickly his five disks panned out and started head hunting.

There were many men though, and the second a few went down they moved in and the war was on. Gun fire rang out nearly killing Kaz's concentration as he dove for cover. He was bullet proof in the suit, but the impact still managed to hurt, he had tested that theory once before. One down, fixable, then two, and soon all five disks, it was time to do this the hard way. Fortunately most of the men seemed to be out of bullets or close to it too. Kaz sprung into action as he deftly attacked the six men, quickly realizing his strikes with the disks had not been precise enough. Their body armor had protected them, but his fists took care of that problem. He cracked the first man's armor, then his humorous as he screamed in pain. The second man took a kick to the femur that snapped it and sent him down clutching his leg. Two down, four to go, and they all came as one unit, Kaz was forced to block some blows and even absorbed a few to make some of his own. He grabbed an incoming arm and used the man like a weapon as he slammed him into his friends before sending him ten feet across the floor. Quickly he curb stomped the two of the men, knocking them out before kicking the last one so hard he slammed into a pillar and knocked some of the concrete off of it.

Slightly out of breath Kaz then waited for his main target to arrive.

Cipher was hearing everything going on through her communicator, when she had radio silence she knew that she was going to be going into the building alone but it didn't phase her as much as one would expect. Her car pulled over close to the side door which sat half open and she tugged her jacket off in the backseat, she wouldn't be needing it. The automated car came to a stop as she got out carefully, looking ridiculously out of place in her heels, pencil skirt and button up blouse. The only thing that made her look even the smallest bit intimidating was the handgun in the shoulder holster under her right arm.

She didn't hear anything, at all, which was always troublesome when she had just sent half a dozen men into the facility before her. Stepping through the side door, she opted for the cool and collected entrance, not seeming too bothered by the noise her heels were making on the ground. She didn't need the element of surprise, she was quite used to her appearance being enough of a surprise to people in situations like this. Some of that hubris was sure to put her into some precarious positions but nobody was perfect. Cipher followed the trail of carnage through the warehouse, moving still somewhat carefully but leaving the gun holstered for now.

"Alright...whoever the fuck you are, no point playing games" She called out as she made her way into a more open space, coming through the rows of storage. "I have a lot to do tonight, I'd like to be done with you as soon as possible" She cracked the smallest of smiles for a moment before focusing again, her eyes scanning the room carefully, looking for her target.

When Kaz finished up with the six men there was not a lot of spare time. He collected the five disks he had controlled so that he could repair them later, and then jumped up into the shadows of the rafters to wait. The opportunity allowed him to catch his breath uninterrupted and it also provided him a vantage point to spy on the next person to enter the building. Having the element of surprise was nice since it usually gave him leverage in the form of shock and awe.

It was him who was shocked though when a woman walked through the side door into the warehouse. She looked more ready for a party with her button up blouse, pencil skirt, and boots. The way they tapped on the ground told Kaz that the heels were sharp, perhaps sharp enough to penetrate into his suit, he wasn't positive though. The handgun she had didn't bother him, sure it would hurt, but blunt pain was tolerable. The voice that called out to him was the same one from the radio, so she was the one, that was a surprise. He did not in the least bit expect a woman to be the brains of this operation though in hindsight he would understand it beautifully.

She was beautiful, small in stature, and looked harmless enough so Kaz jumped from his perch and landed about ten feet from where she stood. Close enough that the bullets would sting like hell, but a normal person would get one or two shots before he closed the distance on her and finished things off. Of course he made no notion of attack. His landing had been in a crouch, and as he both cautiously and confidently stood up, Kaz spoke. "Well it can all be over soon, just quit, let me kill you quickly, and I promise to make it painless for you. Though I would love to know who you are first." Kaz took a single step forward toward his target. He was oozing with confidence, he had just taken out six armored men with guns, this one would be easy, no sweat at all.

Cipher had to stop herself from jumping at his sudden appearance, but she managed to do it fairly well and slowly turn herself on her toes to face him, feeling the coolest look on her face as she looked down her nose at him, her jaw slightly clenched and her lips pursed. Watching his face as he spoke, he was arrogant, but that also meant that he under estimated her completed, just as she expected. Her eyes wandered from his face briefly, taking in the ridiculous looking armoured suit he was wearing. It was likely bulletproof so she would keep her gun where it was holstered, she didn't necessarily need to to win this battle anyways.

Her grey eyes lifted back up to his face finally as he asked who she was, the left corner of her mouth lifted into a half smile and she lowered her chin, keeping her eyes on him carefully but without any apparent fear in her eyes. "Oh, I hardly think you're in any position to question who I am..." Taking a step towards him as he stepped in, she refused to let him one up her, "In fact, I believe you're the one who waltzed into my factory and took out my staff and think you're going to burn it down, so who the hell are you?"

Shifting her heeled feet, she adjusted her stance as she talked, sliding her left food behind her, so her right foot was closer to him, her body shifting to the side slightly so she was ready to fight if he lunged at her, her knees bending softly so she'd be ready.

His helmet performed an intricate scan of the blonde haired woman in front of him. She was unafraid, not too big of a surprise considering most of Primis City seemed to lack fear of any kind. Of course fear did exist, but it was in short bursts and generally it did not alter or deter the behaviors of anyone for very long. It was why he did what he did, tried to clean up crime so that the cattle of a populace would not be left like lambs to the slaughter. Kaz was different, he had a kind heart, and while he didn't fit the typical mold for someone living in Primis City he embraced the culture enough to fit in.

The woman had failed to tell him who she was, and the facial scans did nothing to help. No information was reported on her, this woman was a ghost in the system, a rare oddity, and one that concerned Kaz greatly. Still he was not deterred enough to cause any form of panic, she was still smaller than him and he had a suit. Their steps had brought them closer, the ten foot gap shrunk down to six, nearly close enough to land a strike. Close enough her sidearm wouldn't be of much use since getting it out fast enough would require uncanny speeds he assumed she did not have.

While Kaz had some fighting skills, he was not versed in all of them and he knew there were others better than him. What he lacked though he made up for with his suits enhancements. "You can call me CyberNinja, and once I am done with you your warehouse will burn along with you and your men." His threats were not idle, they were promises of what he would do if victorious in battle.

Kaz was not above hitting a woman, they wanted equality and he would show them no mercy. With a quick step forward of his left foot Kaz shifted his weight to his left foot, swung his hips, and drove his right leg through the air. It was straight, aimed for the ribs on the woman's left side, he wanted it to be hard for her to breathe, thus making it hard to fight back.
