(Synn) The download completed and she disconnected from his computer’s mainframe with a wicked grin on her face. She would peruse his files later when she had more privacy. She got out of his chair and walked over to a couple of bookcases to see what the man was reading these days. She chuckled at his selection as she ran her fingertips over the book binds slowly. She took another swig from the bottle that she held as she walked over to the leather couch and sat down. She could still hear him speaking on the phone but could not make out exactly what he was saying. He had jammed her microphone somehow when she tried to hone in. Always one step ahead of her, always. She smiled as she stretched out. It had been a long time since she had a moment to relax. Darwin managed to keep her crew quite busy to the point where 13 hour days were normal for them. It was one hack job after another and no two jobs were alike. He had amassed a large empire of banks and security companies from large corporations to small pop up clandestine crews. On behalf of Darwin, Synn had control of them all. At times the power that she wielded would go to her head and she would make a mistake or two. Those mistakes, even though not overly costly to Darwin, he made sure she paid for them in the most interesting of ways none of which were the least bit pleasant for Synn and none that she would speak of to anyone, not even Shade. Those horrors were private. She got tired of waiting as she had already drank half the bottle. She placed the bottle on the glass coffee table and walked to the back room. She kicked the door open lightly and leaned up against the door jam with her hands in her front pockets looking right at Troy.
